updated Underwriting Guidelines (N3309) (R 0107) found at www.firstunitedamerican.com/office for rules that apply to Medicare Supplement sales:
- Policy issue date is also the policy effective date.
- Always write the plan code (i.e. N32) on the application.
- Remember, the comparison form (NYU-1366) and the replacement form (NYREPMSM) are required on all replacement policies.
- When you submit business to the Home Office for approval, always include a Record of New Business (FUAL-1080 R-1).

Interest Rates Set
The Lifestyle Annuity rate for both May and June is 3.90 percent. Rates will continue to be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
The Deposit Fund Rider new business interest rate for 2007 has been set at 3.00 percent.
