4 Don’t Just Take Our Word. . .
At United American, we are proud of our excellent reputation for superior customer service. Our policyholders enjoy many customer conveniences such as “Automatic” Claims Filing® and the personal attention provided by every one of our Agents. But don’t just take our word for it, take the word of some of our valued customers.

UA offers a Policyholder Testimonial (PHTN 4/02) marketing piece, highlighting unsolicited comments from policyholders, which gives an insight into what these customers think about our products and services. This piece is an excellent addition to any sales presentation which can be used to promote UA’s service record and excellence. Check your marketing tools chart for availability in your state. To order your Policyholder Testimonial sheet contact Agent Supply at (800)285-3676.

4 Underwriting Guidelines
All applications for United American Insurance policies must be negotiated in person by the Writing Agent. Under no circumstances should applications be taken through the mail or over the phone. A full copy of our Underwriting Guidelines can be found on our Web site.
